Shipping Costs & Times
We use various express couriers to optimize delivery times and costs.
The costs are always visible in the cart after selecting the shipping address and a courier.
Orders placed are normally delivered the next 4-6 days following the order.
Orders are assigned to a number of orders. of Tracking. Normally as soon as the package is delivered to the courier you will receive a Tracking number which will provide you with details on the delivery situation.
1. The main objective is to ensure that the order arrives at its destination as soon as possible. However, customers and / or recipients are responsible, at the time of purchase, for the products received and the delivery details provided (always check that they are correct).
2. We cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred by the customer or recipient, in terms of non-refundable transport costs and / or additional costs for the delivery of the goods or for the replacement of this.
3. In the event that you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we invite you to contact us by phone or email within three days of receiving the order, preferably with a photograph of the package and its contents.
Please do not return products without first contacting us and receiving an RMA number.
Refunds are possible by the shipper, if with insured shipping. The costs for the departure shipment and the import duty are not refundable. The same applies to the costs incurred for the return and for the insurance of the article, unless otherwise agreed.
As already stated in "Terms & Conditions" the responsibility is borne by the customer / recipient once the order is shipped.
